Do you have just a Baofeng UV5R sitting on your kitchen counter or a full fledged Flex 6400M with a giant monitor or a FT991A with a magnetic loop on your bed? This is the KC6WOK/KD6CAF rolling Ham Shack nicknamed the “GOTAhome” for Get On The Air motorhome, When Living in a highly regulated community you do whatever it takes to “Get On The Air” we have been to many parks, Quartzfest and Yuma hamfests and plan more desert outings. our hardware consists of an IC-7100 multiband/multimode radio, IC-7300 HF/6M, IC-2730 VHF/UHF + air band receive, a ALM500 mobile RF amplifier powered by 500+ watts of Solar panels, Midnite Solar Classic 200 charge controller, 400+ amp hours of FLA batteries. Aims 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter and 4000 watt Onan generator. we carry multiple types and styles of Antennas and portable mast systems along with laptops and large monitors plus a Enterprise level wireless hotspot with wired/wireless router to support FT8 timing, WebSDR monitoring and spotting networks. Of course it is fully self contained for RV “Boondocking” with a water supply, Restroom, Shower, full Kitchen and sleeping quarters for 8 adults even an outdoor shower. lets not forget the refrigerator, heater and Air conditioning (and we call THAT a “Shack”)George WB6OEB Shows us his Flex 6400M Collins Gear Amplifiers etc. Below is his portable Tower and beam

Bruce has only been at collecting and refining this “modest” shack since 10-9-2018 upgraded to General 4-5-2019. His Shack is anchored by a Yaesu FT-991A, you can make out much of the other gear, Bruce is a regular on the WA6FHZ repeater nets and learning to work FT8 with the tutelage of Tim N6DLC… Great work Bruce now lets see who else wants to “Show Us Theirs” Maribel KN6HSW a humble beginning with a BaoFeng BF-F8HP, two backup batteries, a shoulder speaker/mic, and a Technician license. My radio currently shares desk space with my printer and a scented candle as it fights for my attention. This is only the beginning!
